12:13 am WOOTS! Got Mr Hi for sim 2 today. THANK GOODNESS cause I arrived 3 minutes late, and I know some instructors hate it. Instructors like my dad I think cause he chided me for my attitude, how all other things can be done at a later time. Yeap, things to note I guess. Yeap, so had quite a lot of fun in the sim.

The actual "flying" and doing stuff part of the sim was fine. As usual, I come out thinking that I really need to brush up on all my checks, my R/T (radio-telephony) calls, and I need to remember to ALWAYS keep my right hand on the throttle aka the $10,000 arm rest. :D

Hahahaha, don't know why everyone thinks that just cause my dad's a pilot that there'd be some kind of great stress and pressure on me to do well. Hah, I mean I expect something of myself obviously, but it sure is alot less stressful than quite alot of other things (doing research), and in fact contrary to stress, I think like the alumni person was telling me that day, at least if your dad is a pilot, you know that there's no way you can not fly. In the sim today, Mr Hi was saying that "We'll make you a better pilot than your dad" (: I wouldn't mind XD, afterall every generation should try and go where the previous couldn't right? But I think daddy set the standard quite high.

Thanks to constant stories from my dad about all that he didn't have and the constant supply of scolding he got, I think I'm very fortunate to be learning how to fly with the constant reminder of how flying's supposed to be fun, although we're reminded of other stuff as well, I really like what's been going on.

Cherie was on some insane high after her first sortie today, hahahaha, can't wait for mine! (:

Yeap, so after all that high from flying, hahahahaha, coming back to school for PE was quite a bummer, but padded weapenory turned out not too bad cause of lichen! :D His application of techniques in couterstrike to real life was highly amusing. Apparently in CS, you like don't get attacked by jumping, so he was jumping up and down, which honsetly, I think if done for extended periods of time will give one extremely toned legs. (X

After PE, met Dr Chan, my new IR mentor. Hah, my lack of knowledge was extremely apparent, and after today, Yunhui's re-thinking her life (as she is everyday).

That aside, talking to sylvie online now. :D :D
