1:19 am gawd, okay, you know my sis is gonna spend 60 bucks and potentially more just to stay with her friends in some hotel during their prom night which she will not be attending. at first i didn't say much because i mean i generally won't, but just now i don't know what we were talking about, then she said that it's for the experience and all that. and i kind of get it because some experiences are worth it, but the point is, she won't even be going for the prom. and so her "experience" is like uh, standing outside and like waiting for them to come out, then uh go out with them or something like that, and pay 60 bucks for the experience. and she started talking about how uh, it's special and all that stuff, and i think to myself that she's still hoping, no wonder she still gets disappointed.


i mean, truth be told, i lost all hope when i "made the joint decision" to come to this hell hole. i must have been mad, either that or uh, my words got twisted, but anyway, yeah, i mean when you don't hope, you just generally don't get disappointed. i mean, i realised that holding on to scgs will just make me a very miserable person, and i always can't help but compare, but i always have to remind myself that i've left and it's time to move along. i will miss stuff here and there, but i mean, it's really part of life, and i have to say very honestly that i am thinking of not attending the next GIB night because i won't deny that i feel like an extra, and it's really nobody's fault.


and i might as well say now that i am quite ready to close my scgs chapter, and i'm really glad for the friends i've made along the way who will really be my friends for at least some time to come. i might have let go of the school, but the friends i've made will still be my friends. and i'm sorry if i'm gonna make people feel left out, but i really really wanna thank rachel yew cause she has really been there for me quite abit, and grace gan lots and lots because of everything you've done for me. i have a really horrid picture of the 3 of us in malacca, but i'm not going to put it up because it is just gross.
